2023 Annual Members Meeting

The Annual Members Meeting of Evergreen Christian Ministries will be held on Saturday November 11th at Markham Missionary Church

The agenda will include:

• Hearing and receiving the reports and statements required by the Corporations Act;
• Electing such Directors as are to be elected at such annual meeting;
• Appointing the auditor and fixing or authorizing the Board to fix his remuneration;
• Receiving the Financial Statements and the Report of the Auditor;
• Approving the operating budget of the Corporation for the next financial year; and
• The transaction of any other business properly brought before the meeting without any notice thereof.

Come be a part of the discussions that will lead our camps into the future!  All are welcome to attend, though only members may vote on motions.
